F.T.C. to Rule Blogs Must Disclose Gifts or Pay for Reviews

The F.T.C. said that beginning on Dec. 1, bloggers who review products must disclose any connection with advertisers, including, in most cases, the receipt of free products and whether or not they were paid in any way by advertisers, as occurs frequently.

Kitchen todo list

Just getting my thoughts down on paper.

1. Junk drawer needs to be fixed - easy - very noticeable as is
2. New sink & faucet - this was on the old inspection
3. Window frame over kitchen sink - needs to be painted - problem is a lot of the rest ofthe kitchen wood work would have to be painted too
4. New oven - oven is old - a new one would do the kitchen wonders
5. Clean oven hood - it’s just nasty - and old
6. Back splash - problem is - this would really make me start to think remodeling the kitchen. This is something I don’t want to do.
7. Electrical outlet by front door - techincally this is not in the kitchen but close enough
8. Frame around door to utility room - this needs to be finished - flush with light fixture & painted.
9. Floor vent - needs to be replaced as does the duct work there.
10. Lighting - replace the flourcent lighting above sink & bar
