Kitchen todo list
Just getting my thoughts down on paper.
- Junk drawer needs to be fixed - easy - very noticeable as is
- New sink & faucet - this was on the old inspection
- Window frame over kitchen sink - needs to be painted - problem is a lot of the rest ofthe kitchen wood work would have to be painted too
- New oven - oven is old - a new one would do the kitchen wonders
- Clean oven hood - it’s just nasty - and old
- Back splash - problem is - this would really make me start to think remodeling the kitchen. This is something I don’t want to do.
- Electrical outlet by front door - techincally this is not in the kitchen but close enough
- Frame around door to utility room - this needs to be finished - flush with light fixture & painted.
- Floor vent - needs to be replaced as does the duct work there.
- Lighting - replace the flourcent lighting above sink & bar
